Rapper Megan Thee Stallion, 28, has been looking pretty hot lately, leaving folks wondering her secret. In her latest Instagram post, she explains just how she got her "Megan knees."

"Should I drop a HOTTIE BOOTCAMP 🤸🏽‍♀️👀" She wrote while demonstrating a series of work out routines that included squats (showing perfect formation), Tricep presses, lat pulls and working out on the elliptical. She even dropped a small clip of her making a shake.

This is not her first rodeo. Megan announced her "Hottie Bootcamp" in 2021 where she revealed her food regimen and workout routines on Instagram.

In the past months, Megan popped out to showcased her new slim physique, and she posted photos from all different moments in her life. She sported workout suits, swim wear and athleisure outfits showing off her new body and natural style hair. Her hair! (heart eyes.)

Back in 2021, according to PEOPLE, she partnered with Nike on a series of core and lower body workouts in the Nike Training Club app. It appears that the Stallion has always been an advocate of health and wellness.

"I know I make it look so easy, but this didn't happen over night," she said in a promotional video for Nike.
And she does. According to the artist, she has 5 hours of training weekly and 12-hour dance rehearsals. "Before I became Thee Stallion, I was a young girl in Houston just trying to find her way. Growing up, I remember people saying, 'Girl you tall. You need to be playing basketball. No, you should be playing volleyball. With those legs, you need to run track.' I tried them all, but they just weren't for me. I knew I had to find my passion and do what made me happy."

Megan One thing about Megan that we all can relate to is that she loves food. She said that she also likes to eat what she wants to eat. However, she came to the conclusion that her eating habits weren't good for her body, and she changed.

"This journey is not necessarily about losing weight but about me getting healthier in general and seeing how I can transform my body in the healthiest way possible," she went on to explain. "So this is just about me cutting things from my diet, adding things to my diet, and figuring out what's best for my overall health."

She stated that some of the things that have helped her is drinking a gallon of water a day.

Changing up her diet helped — she uses spices to spike her metabolism, as well as "nutritious smoothies, egg whites with real eggs, avocados, turkey bacon, and sliced almonds" She has also upped her exercise game, according to Health.com.

The fit rapper offered a break down on her Instagram page of what workouts were included:

  • Duck walk ("This is kind of similar to all the dance moves that she does. She did in the 'Don't Stop' video," points out her trainer.)

  • BOSU ball and weight squats

  • Dumbbell RDLs

  • Side lunges on the BOSU ball

  • Band-resistant pulling leg lifts

  • Band-resistant fire hydrants

We can't wait to see what Megan has in store for the new Hottie Bootcamp.
